And, it should surprising to some Americans to know that Israel was politically supported by Iran in the early part of its existence since Iran saw Arabs, in general, as a greater threat.
Nations appear to "change sides" quite often in the Middle East. | And in the west too. Every nation will pursue what it perceives to be its own national interests in the final analysis.
I'm not trying to defend the Iranian pov or even to present it.
But if we won't listen to them why should they listen to us? |
