Instead of X number of millions in a lawsuit, it should have a specific formula based on some set of values. With punitive having it's own formula too. | As I recall my NJ auto insurance plan, I accepted the lawsuit limit option that gave me a much lower premium. In return for an affordable policy, I gave up my right to sue other drivers for pain/suffering. I never had to use this insurance, but it seems like a reasonable means of making meaningful health insurance more affordable. One pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small,
And the ones that mother gives you don't do anything at all. |
