Conservatives think she is too liberal, and liberals think she is too conservative.
And a lot of independents don't like her because of her track record for pandering to big business and lobbies (and liberals and some conservatives for the same reason).
People are looking for genuine change, not to just 'go back to the Clinton days'.
Many Republicans are right in saying that Clinton is the one to beat. But truly if you think about it, most if not all the Republican candidates are beatable too. So who knows. You know if it's one thing I have to hand the Clintons, is that they're great campaigners. She could change many of the attitudes toward her when we get closer to the primaries.
