A fine for puking in a bar? No way! I would have been broke with that scheme. Getting thrown out of a club/bar was the most common result of me puking in such a place. Passing out and waking up hours later in the bathroom of a bar/club is a far worse experience. You have to wonder if the puke that covers you came from inside you or someone else.... Fines are for wimps.
