The bill the Republicans blocked had nothing to do with American citizens, again provide a link to show somewhere or someone other than yourself who will support this idea. Every article I have searched has stated time and time again that it was for non-citizens. Link 1 Link 2 Link 3
Do I need to provide even more links???? How about you first provide at least one that shows that this bill has anything to do with US citizens. Either you can't or won't which leads to me to believe that your original post was a lie.
