He may be guilty and he may not be. I think he probably is.

The reality is that, had he gone through a trial, it would have been splashed accross every newspaper in the country. With the media's love of scandal, he was probably just trying to make it go away quietly and it backfired.

Not judging it as right or wrong, just recognizing the vulnerabilities of his position.
