Damn, get this guy a freakin' medal! If the business owners wanted to make Mexican immigrants feel welcome in their store, I don't mind them raising the Mexican flag, but seriously they really shouldn't be hoisting it above the American flag. 1st off it's illegal, it does violate federal flag code. 2nd, it's just plain disrespectful IMO to display our flag like that, to make it appear subordinate to another.
