Like I said.. rationalization.... and bunches of it.
Here's a new saying: If you're getting wet, it's raining on you. Here's another old one: Putting lipstick on a pig don't make it Cindy Crawford.
I'm troubled by all the ASSERTIONS surrounding this issue, such as a connection between abortion and breast cancer, suicide, and post-abortion stress trauma. I'm troubled by the assertions that abortion is "immoral" and "it's WRONG", when morality and wrongness are always affected by circumstance. I'm troubled by the assertion that abortion destroys "A human life" as if the entity in the womb is a tiny little complete human being person, when it is obvious it is nothing without a woman's nurturance for 40 weeks. I'm extremely troubled by the assertion that a woman's nurturance for 40 weeks is nothing but an inconvenience, when in actuality a woman risks her health, her appearance, even her life. |
God forbid anybody actually RISK anything for another.. especially her own child! If at first you don’t succeed – try, try again and then quit. There’s no sense in making a damned fool of yourself. – W.C. Fields |
