Liberal tactic, don't understand what you read, claim you are right, become a victim.

I expected better from you Kat. Words have meanings, she told me to read the decision, I did. I told her to do the same, she did not or if she did she could not understand what she was reading. She continues to claim that the Court stated one thing, when in truth, the Court stated something else all together. She cuts a portion of the Courts statement to prove her point, however, when you look at what the Court actually said, it gives an entirely new meaning.

She claimed that the Court said that this law applied to a Jewish synagogue, I said no it didn't. If you read carefully what the Court said you will understand that the Justice was asking that if the same congress that passed the bill in question was to debate another bill that addressed only religious teachers would it receive a single vote or a minute of approving thought? The justice said no. That is why this bill does not apply to the case in question.

This case in question only deals with a single individual, of a single faith. One cannot read into the courts decision anything more. The Court ruled that because this country has a religious history, one based deeply upon Christianity, and that we are a Christian nation, the judgement of the lower court is reversed.

But somehow, because someone else cannot understand what they read I am the bad guy. Cry VICTIM!!! How pathetic.

Conservatism, I repeat is not an ideology. It does not breed fanatics....But if you want men who seek, reasonably and prudently, to reconcile the best in wisdom of our ancestors with the change which is essential to a vigorous civil social existence, then you will do well to turn to conservative principles
