This is silly. The Republicans say they don't want "activist judges" making the decisions for the people and Arnold is vetoing bills approved by the people's representatives. There's no reason or respect for a state's autonomy in the Republican tactics. The aim is to marginalize a 'threat' and then slowly wear it down over years.
