Poor Mr. Castro is very mis-informed. The bio-diesel programs are being pushed for by states like Iowa. Again these guys took over the family farms in the eighties and nineties. Only to push for federal subsidies, slave labor wages and corporate farms. Iowa is ran by Dems, not Bush. Castro needs to take up his spews to senators like Mr. Harkin.
