Of course. We have too many people living in SoCal, thanks to developers with their money. And you are correct in saying that your home would be worth 400% more in SoCal than in Pensacola, PN.
To give you a case in point: Most of you know that I am bowler. For many years I bowled at Sunset Lanes in San Diego. If any of you have lived in San Diego, it used to be called Clairemont Bowl.
Well, thanks to the high cost of real estate, the center shut down two years ago. And what do you think went up over it? Right, condos. Beckoning more people to come and live in SoCal and the fires. Geezes, man, anyone who would think coming to live in San Diego would see the low clouds in the morning, and experiencing temps in the high 60's or low 70's near the coast would think they are in Heaven.
Great, that makes our freeways more congested. So more lanes have to be added. Seven years ago I had enough of that, and started riding public transportation.
