I wonder if any of these guys have yet to notice that all three states have access to millions of gallons of water via their coasts?
I have one word for them, desalination.
OK I have two more words for them, ocean power. Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.
