 Spitzer believes that by giving driver licenses' to illegal immigrants he can make trafffic safer, lower insurance premiums and make the state more secure by identifying immigrants. Well you know what, you could do the same thing if you enforced the current immigration laws and deported the illegal immigrants. WOW there's a novel idea, instead of a new law, enforce the current law. Who would have thunk it???
