Sperm is alive and contains human DNA. Should we ban masturbation too? Of course not, it is as silly as banning abortion.
Abortion, by the way, isn't going anywhere anyway. As shown below the supreme court has had 38 chances to reverse roe vs wade but the precedent remains the same; abortion is here to stay.  --- help me Instant Runoff Voting, you're my only hope --- There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond.
