It sure is. She really should have paid closer attention to her application and not taken that important document so lightly.

I thank "God" that I had the sense to join the military instead of all the other options I had at the time. Because even if we had universal health care, I'd still be poor as hell. That would suck.

This circle is getting old. Why don't you start a new thread on ideas to solve the problem. I got a few.
