It depends on the abnormality....Some are some aren't.
Some abnormalities are deemed unfit for regular society and spend their entire existence locked up in Care Facilities. It's all a matter of perspective and societal norms.

Gay people CAN marry..a woman just like any other normal human...except for the few with "abnormalities". Saying gay people are banned from "marrying" is a lie.
