Oh so AIDS IS a strictly "gay" disease? That really does seem to be what you are implying. The story says "AIDS patients" not "gay people", so "bashing gays" is your own correlation. His quote...
"It is difficult to understand the public policy towards AIDS. It is the first time in the history of civilization in which the carriers of a genuine plague have not been isolated from the general population, and in which this deadly disease for which there is no cure is being treated as a civil rights issue instead of the true health crisis it represents."

He didn't say lock up homosexuals, he said lock up the people with AIDS who at that time WERE contagious and nearly 100% gonna die.

I'm glad I'm not gay, because if some of the members of this forum are any indication of what it does to your brain, life must be a horrific place. Irrational, delusional, and paranoid...it's scary.
