In conclusion I would say that ALL of your thoughts are a very admirable attmept at cut-and-paste. The real truth is that NOBODY really knows about when and what the next hurricane season will bring. Even with the technology we possess right now, the best philosphy to follow utters in the profound words of Jimmy Buffet: "don't try to reason with the hurricane season."
