"Lawful is the difference between right and wrong."

That's a moral issue, not a lawful issue. For example, I see no problem with people gambling. Yet there are others who would say gambling is wrong. I see no problem with having sex before marriage but some religious people would say that's wrong also. So what I'm reiterating to you is the difference between right and wrong is not a lawful issue but a moral one.
