Our country's stability wasn't compromised by Kennedy's assassination. We have a distinct plan in place and several levels of government to enforce the law. Pakistan is barely stable in the good times.

This is far from the same.

With suspected terrorists hiding out somewhere in that country, the situation is infinitely more dangerous than what happened here in the 60's.
