You know what, here we go again. So tell me, if the insurance company is going to continue the care of this patient who should they deny????? The little girl with broken arm??? The father of three that had a heart attack??????? The single mom who Strep throat?????

Believe it or not, the government also manages care, yes Medicaid and Medicare will cover to a point, but then the money comes out of the patients own funds, or in this case, the parents.

If 50 friends were so concerned, why didn't they offer up any money????????? As a matter of fact why has the high school not come together as a community and try to raise funds, no the insurance company should foot the bill. Fine, let the insurance company foot the bill and everyone who has the same insurance at his school be denied any medical coverage.

Like it or not, healthcare is not free. You pay for the services of the doctors, nurses, lab techs, physical therapists and x-ray technicians. Let me tell you we do not come cheap. The lowest salary of any of those is probably around $20 per hour. That does not even begin to include the cost of the room, the equipment and the medications necessary. Yes the big insurance companies that are trying to protect their profit. These same companies that if we did not have how many people would be unable to cover the cost of their medical bills.

It is not a perfect world. In a perfect world everyone would make enough to cover their care.
Conservatism, I repeat is not an ideology. It does not breed fanatics....But if you want men who seek, reasonably and prudently, to reconcile the best in wisdom of our ancestors with the change which is essential to a vigorous civil social existence, then you will do well to turn to conservative principles
