And as far as gay rights being in the Constitution, there are many rights held to the people that are not specifically named in the Constitution. That is what the 9th amendment is all about. | The ninth amendment says "If we forgot anything then just stick in here"!
I doubt whether the founding fathers had "gay rights" in mind.
