I don't defend Bill for cavorting with this slut Monica, but I attack her for manipulating him and diverting the efforts of one of the world's most powerful men for almost 2 years.
There is no other reason why she would have kept the blue dress or spilled the beans to her girlie friend and fellow conspirator Linda Tripp.
