The simple fact is, there's a finite amount of money for the goverment to spread among the people who use those funds...And when 60% or better of those who are receiving those funds are those receiving it frauduantly...That means there's less monies to spread around period...

The ONLY thing that will fix the situation, is finding ways to remove those that are abusing the system...But those assigned that task are underfunded, under staffed, and over-worked by the huge number of recipents period...

A single caseworker is handling thousands of recipeints and there simply isn't enough funds or time to review each individual case, to do home-checks/inspections of each case...And to provide that extra staff/funds to pay that extra staff...That means even less monies available for those that need it most...

So rather then complain how little the goverment is giving you? Perhaps you should be investing a bit of time of your own to help them by reporting those individuals who are abusing the system themselves, who are taking away from the collective pot of funds available, so that there are more available funds to spread out to you and those that truely need the help?

You're blaming the wrong people NR...Not the right people.
What does any fo this have to do with me?
