Then you really already have your wish.

Legal marriage is a contract between two people with the government as a third party that defines the rights and obligations of that contract.

Love is not required for this contract and very often is not a part of the marriage equation.

If all you want is a love marriage then you can go to a church or jump the broom.

If you want the legal rights and obligations of a civil marriage then you need a marriage license.
