We both agreed that we're not happy/comfortable with any of the presidential nominees, for one reason or another. So we didn't feel that it would be appropriate to go and vote for one over the other, when we didn't feel any of them should be in the executive office in the first place.
And unless something happens between now and the next voting day, about the only people either of us will be voting into any future offices...Will be canidates for local and state positions. But not the Presidential vote. | About a hundred years ago somebody asked my great-grandfather if he was going to vote for the right man.
He answered, "I would if he was running."
Like my great-grandfather, I am a firm believer in voting for the lesser of two evils. It doesn't mean that I support evil, just that I believe in keeping it to a minimum. Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.
That's why I support the Pickens Plan. Check out the website at www.pickensplan.com. If you like what you see, please join me as a Pickens Plan supporter. |
