The way the state presents evidence in many cases appears to be "hard" and that's why the juries involved think that their guilt has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Too many innocents have been "judicially murdered" by the state and being the imperfect yet irreversible punishment that it is, capital punishment should be outlawed.
