I assume that was in response to my post. I am merely questioning how the poster whom I responded to can consider the death penalty on a lower moral plane than a form of punishment -- in this case life in prison -- that is perceived as more cruel by the prisoner.

I did not express any opinion at all as to the cruel and unusual aspects of life imprisonment.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.
