Keep it illegal. Why give young, therefore stupid people easier access to something they can get ripped on then drive down the street and kill someone? Why take a drunk person and stick a pack of reefers in his pocket? Why give yet another opportunity for a child to enter a room and see the folks stoned? Why put more smoke in the air? Why start more paranoia by walking through your work parking lot in the morning and smell reefer? I agree it is gut wrenching to know how much we spend on law enforcement chasing people for 2-4 ounces of smoke but the bad outweighs the good here to me.
