Gary, either you are asleep at the keyboard; or you are willfilly blind. I've said a few times that it is the hope of the American people that Obama can change things. None of us can say for sure if he can solve every (or even any problem; but what is for sure is that with the political process as we know it-nothing will change. People see Obama as a different sort of politician. He does not engage in mudslinging; and the "inexperience" that people refer to actually means that he has not been "captured by the system" or "blinded by the lights" in Washington! I'm pretty sure that it is this appeal that is winning over so many people. So, everytime Obama's "inexperience" gets mentioned; what goes through the minds of the voters is "well, where has this "experience" people speak of gotten America so far? And that is why Obama is clearly getting more support than any other candidate; probably more than all of them combined!
No, I don't think of Obama being viewed as just an "anti-Hillary" (great choice of words, by the way) candidate. Actually, I think he is more an "anti- status quo" candidate- one America is seeing as a politician who is supposed to carry out the will of the people, instead of the people carrying out his (or her) will. Please correct me if I'm wrong; but isn't this supposed to be how our government works? Is this any clearer to you now, Gary? This is Obama's appeal!
