Howdy and Salutations
Joshua here, just looking for a place to talk politics. I end up voting mainly for Republicans but I'm not a Republican. One of my favorite politicians is a Democrat, Linda Chapa LaVia.

Case in point: I was so opposed to the Iraq War that in 2004, the first year I could vote, I refused to vote for Bush but refused to vote for Kerry because of his strong support for abortion. I did some research, found out about the Constitution Party (3rd party), voted for their candidate, Michael Peroutka, and consider the Constitution Party my party.

My views are a severely radical mish-mash of conservative and liberal. I'm very pro-life and am especially opposed to partial birth abortion (and Obama because of his support for it while an Illinois senator) but recognize exceptions for the life of the mother. I'm opposed to homosexual marriage and embryonic stem cell research, but oppose the Iraq War, support a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants, want universal health care one day, oppose free trade...

Anyway, I'm very capable of explaining why I feel so strongly on all these issues, and you're all going to find out soon I'm sure

Also as a side note, this site misspells the word "registration" on the main page as the link to register, might want to fix that.
