Garysher : Is it really worth shooting someone to prevent them stealing your car??

Why yes it is , you see.......
If someone steals my car then I can't go to work, if I can't go to work I can't pay my bills, if I can't pay my bills then I can't eat, and if I can't eat then I will die.

Thusly, if you steal my car then you are threatening my life. Why should I go through all that inconvenience, and have to pay all that money to get a new car, when the person who stole it will continue to victimize people into infinity, continuing a vicious cycle. Shooting them in the head will be a lot more convenient to me, and a lot more beneficial to society. But maybe we should just give him the benefit of the doubt and let him rob rape and murder until the end of time? Because everything he does after I didn't take the opportunity to kill him will be my fault, and I would rather be responsible for his death than the death of his future victims.

"It's not so much having the right as having the need.

Let's pray it never gets that bad in the rest of the industrialised world. Keeping people like you in America helps"

I never said I needed a gun , I just prefer to have one , just in case. You do understand the concept of being prepared don't you?

Hypothetical : What would you do if someone broke into your house intent on raping your children? Bargain with them?

Hahaha and people like me are the reason America kicks so much ass and people like you are the reason why Europe is a joke. Hmmm would I rather have a neighor who is willing to protect the neighborhood? Or a neighbor who bitches about my right to own a gun? hmmmm
