There are many areas where parents don't have the right to raise their child as they see fit. They don't have the right to refuse to educate their child if they see fit.
But they do have the right to educate the child the way they see fit (for now)

They have the right to teach them at home, providing the child passes the standardized tests.

They don't have the right to beat their child daily if they see fit. They don't have the right to allow their child to die from a treatable disease if they see fit. And they don't have the right to force their child to gestate if they see fit.
