If I had not joined the military, I would be poor, but still covered by Medicare. Those are the rules. | Most jobs don't allow you to continue your health care after you are no longer employed there unless you pay through the nose for COBRA. You are no longer in the military, and you were not wounded in battle, so, IMO, you shouldn't be getting health care unless you are paying for it. |
