I don't think it tips the scales one way or another for Hillary. As far as Chelsea is concerned; when she was a young child; yes, the media gave her a "free pass" on question such as this. But now that she is grown up and is actively campaigning for her mother; that pass has expired. She's old enough to confront her demons. It just takes away from Chesea's credibility as a speaker-not Hillary's- that Chelsea still wants that free pass.
