That is not the human standard, no matter how many times you say it. If it were, then the United States would be deviant, wouldn't it? It does allow for the future to be different from the past because of the careful wording and thinking of the framers when they wrote the Constitution. Even though at the time, women didn't have the right to vote. And we can continue to progress because of it.
