Really? In American it's becoming a black gay disease, it's still a pretty good number of white gay and hispanic gay and asian gay people getting it. Contraction etiology favors anal sex. Lesbians rarely catch it. And men have to work hard to catch it from women. Race is not a factor. Type of sex, and partner are the highest risk factors.
Africa, that one continent, might have it's own issues. But since we know that the rates of infection differ by country, who knows what behavior is causing that disparity. I have heard of men having sex with young children as a "cure". Stuff like that would be quite different than here in the U.S.

Nope, it's a poverty issue. Poor people commit the most crime for all races. Hispanic, Asian and white.

Poverty in black households can be linked to single parent families, and many other issues that are slowly starting to affect white families as well. Crime is not limited to black people, we just are out proportion. Like the HIV and gay men vs the rest of the population.

And I further your statement and say that "men" are more damaging since 90% of crime is committed by men. That's a much more compelling statistic. Even if you got rid of black people crime would only half. But getting rid of "men" would create a utopia.
