She's the one who suggested that the only reason pedophilia is illegal is because it results in damaged adults who may disrupt society in later life, as can the unwanted children.

So if it's ok to kill unborn children to avoid bringing unwanted children into the world then it follows that euthanising them before they become adults will avoid any unpleasant disorder.
