Well, if you know of an attorney friend who specializes in criminal law, talk to him about it. I felt that Judge Ito was a weak judge, and he was manipulated by Cochran. The judge in the civil trial, last name is Fujisaki, never would have tolerated Cochran's demeanor. He was a no-nonsense judge. Too bad he wasn't the judge in the criminal trial, for that would have been held in Santa Monica instead of downtown L.A.
