I agree, especially since the only people who "took a day off" on National Day of Silence were a few misguided kids who thought skipping school would be a good way to protest against the crazy left-wing idea of not beating up gay kids.

Meanwhile, the participants in National Day of Silence were at school attending class, doing assignments, etc. They simply did not speak for a day.
