I think almost half, or more Aussie supported gay marriage when Howard was in, but he didn't listen and banned it because of his own beliefs.

I remember when the ACT passed a law allowing same sex marriage, and Howard overruled it, the jerk. The ACT are planning to pass the same law again, and it isn't yet known if Kevin Rudd will overturn this law.

I hope he doesn't.
