KEVIN Rudd has given his clearest signal yet he may block a move by the nation's capital to enshrine legally binding civil partnership agreements for gays and lesbians.

I'd like to see the poll that says Australians approve of "gay marriage". I saw a Get Up poll that said equal rights, but heck I support that too. But I'd in no way shape or form agree to actual "gay marriage".
