Do you think that it would be persecution if the Branch Davidians did the same thing with older men having sex with girls under 18? Like they were 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17?
I don't see proof of anyone forcing anyone to do anything. I do see laws changed at the arrival of a religious group. That's persecution. I'm talking about THIS removal of ALL kids from their parents based on false information. THAT is wrong. If they find any wrongdoing, they should prosecute those people. But so far, I haven't heard anything but conjecture and outright lies.

If we are to go by facts and not bullshit, there are none presented thus far that pan out and support removing all these kids from their homes. No welfare fraud, no reports of verified forced sex, no reports of verified child abuse.

If they do find child abuse, that would slightly justify this, but since not all families are polygamous, not all of the girls are pregnant, no justification for removing boys, no welfare fraud has been proven, nothing so far, any support for this raid is not based on facts, just like the raid itself.

The only people who would persecution are the followers of the FLDS themselves. You can twist it any way you want.

So says the media since the raid.
