Quite legal in Texas until 2005. That's persecution. Unless they can prove that these girls were forcibly impregnated, teenage pregnancy is pretty much common these days. By 15, the numbers are huge.

Again, not all of the girls are pregnant, obviously there is some choice involved by someone. If these people in this closed society choose to behave this way, unless some actual wrongdoing is alleged, and no one actually from the compound has done this, I don't see placing my values on them. Especially by changing the laws to create criminals where there were none before. That's like seeing a car coming down the road and dropping the speed limit as they pass.
