prejudice is prejudice regardless of the target. prejudice is species wide. the tendency to break people up into "us" and "them" and define "them" as of less worth is universal. but it does not mean it is right.
if ones prejudice is directed at women, baptists, gays, blacks, it makes no difference. such prejudice is equally irrational, and equally abhorrent. |
