No, not because I say so, but because it is and can be shown to a 3 year old. As simple as telling the difference between a male and female, which can also be f'd up during gestation. Do we NEED a diagram and scientific documentation to verify that a person born with male genitalia but "thinks" he is a female is kinda screwed. Mentally or physically? Really doesn't matter to make that determination...it's just f'd up. Period.
