He lied under oath, and then attempted to cover-up his lies. The press fooled the American public into thinking it was about the sex, but it was about the lying under oath. Any Senator, Democrat and Republican that voted against impeachment should be ashamed of themselves.

The reason Richard Nixon resigned his office was because the Senate Republican Leadership had imformed him that members were free to vote as the evidence indicated and not to follow party lines.
