As a religious leader to be, and already one who has taught others in my religion, it is sometimes tough to be that good example that one needs to be in my position. But your poeple also need to realize that everyone has flaws. My own high priest has made many mistakes along the way, but I still respect him as my friend and teacher, even when others have used his mistakes to break and spit on their oath they made to our coven. So who is in the wrong? The HP that makes a mistake and admits it, or the oath breaker?
Your own divinity should preclude such things as blowing off medical bills. Such things damage your credibility in a religion that is already hard for most people to swallow. Hope that helps.
