But seriously, if we have to personify the source of our creation, why do so many people see it as such a jealous, vengeful and spiteful entity? Religion is supposed to make us feel BETTER about who we are, where we are, and where we are going after, not paranoid that if we don't act a certain way, we will be tossed away for an eternity of punishment. We already have the Government for that! |
